This June, we had privilege to tour the Nalini Custom clothing factory. We thought we’d share some of our photos of the factory, as it was extremely interesting to see exactly how each piece of garment is made.
First step, the graphic department fits your design to measure. Then it is printed on special large paper for screen printing.
The cut fabric is matched with the design pieces, where the screen printing process starts; transferring the colors from the paper onto the originally white materials.
Once all of the material is printed, it’s sent to the sewing department, where it’s all put together. Then time to be inspected, folded and shipped for your team, brand or club.
